Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters focused on both blue-collar and white-collar recruitment.
Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to meet the recruitment needs of the business.
Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
