- Determine the training needs of the organization’s employees in coordination with the various departments, and in a manner consistent with the employees’ specific career paths.
- Coordinating employees’ entitlement to company work benefits
- Assist and participate in advertising jobs, setting appointments, and receiving applicants
- Participate in renewing and amending issues of job description cards
- Preparing final summaries and experience certificates for employees.
- Assist and participate in compiling performance evaluation reports from department heads and department directors on a monthly basis and assisting them in formulating
- Carrying out all tasks requested by the Human Resources Officer within the limits of work in the Human Resources Department
- Follow up on the application of the human resources systems and procedures approved by the company and work to control the movement of procedures
- Work to complete the employees’ daily requirements for administrative extracts.
