Job Summary:
The Senior HR Specialist is responsible for managing and executing key HR functions, including Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, and Learning & Development. This role ensures the effective hiring of top talent, implementation of performance management systems, and development of employee training programs to drive organizational growth and employee success.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition (End-to-End Recruitment)
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline through various sourcing channels (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.).
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and ensure timely hiring.
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate the selection process with hiring managers.
- Oversee the offer negotiation and hiring process to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and labor laws.
2. Performance Management System (PMS)
- Implement and manage the company’s performance management framework.
- Support managers and employees in setting and evaluating performance objectives.
- Train and guide employees on performance appraisal tools and feedback mechanisms.
- Monitor and analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Assist in developing strategies for performance improvement and career development.
3. Learning & Development (L&D)
- Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Identify training needs through performance assessments and employee feedback.
- Coordinate internal and external training sessions, workshops, and e-learning initiatives.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and suggest improvements.
- Ensure alignment of learning initiatives with business goals and employee development plans.
Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.4-7 years of experience in HR with a focus on recruitment, performance management, and L&D.Experience in Manufacturing and Retail Industries are a must.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple HR functions and work in a fast-paced environment.
