Supply Chain Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, implement, and monitor overall supply chain operations.
  • Analyze supply chain data and identify process improvement opportunities.
  • Manage procurement, inventory, and supplier relationships to ensure cost-effectiveness and timely deliveries.
  • Coordinate logistics, warehousing, and transportation to optimize distribution.
  • Develop and maintain supply chain strategies that align with business goals.
  • Monitor supply chain performance metrics and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including production, sales, and finance, to streamline operations.
  • Resolve supply chain issues, such as delays, shortages, or disruptions.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging supply chain technologies.

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.[3-5] years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or Planning.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in supply chain management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, ERP systems).Very good command of written& spoken English.Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.Preferred Qualifications:Certification in Supply Chain Management (APICS, CPIM, …).Strong understanding of inventory management principles.
