1-Conduct comprehensive needs assessments by gathering feedback from managers and employees, analysing performance data, and identifying skill gaps.
2- Select appropriate training programs by matching training solutions with identified needs and ensuring that they align with both business goals and employee development strategies.
3-Administer online training through the company’s Learning Management System (LMS), "Success," by setting up courses, tracking enrolments, and providing technical support for employees.
4- Participate in the selection and ongoing management of external training providers by evaluating their qualifications, performance, and delivery methods.
5-Participate in the development and improvement of L&D technologies such as the LMS and HRIS by providing insights and feedback on system functionality and identifying ways to streamline learning processes.
6- Collaborate with IT and HR teams to ensure seamless integration of learning technologies with other systems, ensuring that training data is captured accurately and accessible to stakeholders.
Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar roleFamiliarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks (e.g. Stack Overflow and Github)Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methodsKnowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)Excellent verbal and written communication skillsA keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizationsBSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
