Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct job analysis and create job descriptions.
- Perform workload analysis and support in workforce planning.
- Assist in developing and regularly updating career paths and succession plans.
- Develop and update competency frameworks and indicators.
- Creating and updating technical KPIs aligned with JDs and departmental objectives.
- Implement and monitor performance management and evaluation processes.
- Assist in drafting and updating HR policies and SOPs, designing required forms.
- Utilize data analytics to measure the effectiveness of development programs.
- Maintain and organize OD documentation in both digital and hard copies for easy access.
Required Qualifications:- Minimum 3 years of experience in the retail industry.- HR diploma from a reputable institution is highly preferred.- Excellent English writing skills.- Proficient in MS Office and Visio.- Experience with Odoo ERP is a plus.- Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
