Telesales Representative

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Telesales Representative with a strong background in sales and industry-specific training experience. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in telesales and a proven track record in training within the industry. You will be responsible for driving sales, acquiring new customers, and contributing to the development of our telesales team by providing training and mentorship.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound and inbound sales calls to generate leads and close deals.
  • Understand customer needs and offer tailored product/service solutions.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective selling strategies.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Conduct training sessions for new and existing telesales team members, ensuring they are well-equipped with product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Provide mentorship and coaching to enhance team performance.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, company products, and competitor offerings.
  • Handle customer objections and negotiate deals efficiently.
