Duties and Responsibilities:
???? Financial and Accounting Auditing:
- Review and audit all accounting entries to ensure their accuracy and compliance with internal financial policies and international accounting standards.
- Examine and assess financial transactions to ensure their validity and accuracy.
- Review account reconciliations and verify the accuracy of financial balances and bank reconciliations.
- Ensure the accurate recording of financial transactions in the ERP system and their compliance with supporting documents.
???? Client and Supplier Auditing:
- Review client balances and ensure proper reconciliation between the company and clients.
- Verify the accuracy of recorded payments and client financial obligations.
- Audit supplier balances and check invoice conformity with supporting documents and executed payments.
- Examine financial contracts with clients and suppliers to ensure compliance with contractual terms.
???? Inventory and Cost Management:
- Review inventory balances and ensure their alignment with actual stock reports.
- Audit periodic stock counts and review cost reports.
- Analyze inventory discrepancies and recommend corrective actions if needed.
- Ensure proper implementation of inventory valuation policies according to accepted accounting standards.
???? Financial Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Prepare periodic financial reports and provide recommendations to senior management regarding financial performance.
- Analyze financial trends and identify weaknesses or potential financial risks.
- Assess the efficiency and effectiveness of financial and accounting operations and suggest improvements.
- Participate in the preparation of annual financial reports and internal audit reports
