Data Entry and Document Controller

  • Data Entry & Management:
    • Input, update, and maintain tender-related data and documents.
    • Ensure accuracy and completeness of all data entered.
    • Verify and cross-check information before submission.
  • Tender & Proposal Handling:
    • Assist in preparing and formatting tender documents.
    • Organize and update tender tables, BOQs, and pricing sheets.
    • Support in reviewing technical and financial proposals for completeness.
  • Coordination & Follow-up:
    • Work closely with procurement, finance, and technical teams to gather required documents.
    • Track tender deadlines and ensure all documents are submitted on time.
    • Communicate with suppliers and vendors to collect quotations.
  • Technical Support (Basic Level):
    • Assist in organizing and managing technical documents.
    • Support in reviewing product specifications for compliance with tender requirements.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).Fast and accurate typing skills with a focus on data integrity.Ability to read and understand tendering documents.Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry.Time management skills to meet tight deadlines.Strong communication and coordination skills to work with different teams (procurement, finance, and technical teams).Familiarity with ERP systems or tender management platforms is a plus.
