- Act as the point of contact between the chair of board and internal/external clients.
- Ensures alignment with current company policies and goals, including those that the COO creates themselves, as well as those developed by the CEO and other executives.
- Meets with and reports to the cob about the company’s daily operation, as well as about the cob’s plans for any upcoming adjustments or developments to business operations strategy, or other company goals and objectives.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments.
- Coordinate with related departments and follow up on their action items when required from (COB).
- Prepare regular reports (daily/weekly/monthly) from the assigned departments or any required reports then follow up actions with stakeholders.
- Daily checking E-mail, reply and redirect, then follow up action required.
- Handling confidential documents and information and ensure they are remaining secure.
