Regional Contracts Manager Travel - Hotels Supply

• Build long term commercial relations and develop high value partnerships with the hotels’ portfolio assigned 

• Negotiate and finalize competitive or exclusive agreements, ensuring they meet company requirements in terms of rates, availability, commissions, and other key criteria. 

• Consistently monitor competitiveness of rates across multiple channels and markets, to capture market demand and achieve assigned targets 

• Analyze production volumes to ensure adequate inventory meets destination targets 

• Lead confidential negotiations across the full range of contracting models, including dynamic (BAR rates), statistic and commitments (pre-buy agreements) 

• Analyze business and booking patterns and enhance hotels’ performance by negotiating tactical and strategic promotions to stimulate specific demand. 

• Analyze historical business and forecast, anticipate peak in demand and consequent potential operational issues and take preventative measures 

• Support operations team in case of complex issues negotiating solutions, minimizing financial losses, and keeping a collaborative relation with the suppliers involved 

• Collaborate with revenue management teams providing insights and recommendations for maximizing profit margins. 

• Address performance issues with underperforming partners and implement corrective measures. 

• Coach and train less senior team members, ensuring alignment with best practices in negotiations and enhancing commercial skills. 

• Produce monthly destination reports detailing market trends and product needs for the Head of Commercial. 

• Maintain up-to-date hotel information content, including photos and facilities. 

• Participate in regular business trips and attend trade fairs to support business objectives.


• Holds a bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional certification. • 10 years of experience in a similar role, Previous experience in GCC Countries including KSA and UAE markets is required. • Demonstrated success in both contract development and account management roles. • Comprehensive understanding of the hotel distribution landscape and its operational intricacies and extensive knowledge of B2B operations, online travel, and hotel revenue management practices. • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets in similar positions. • Experience working in multicultural organizations and collaborating with diverse cultural groups. • Analytical thinker with demonstrated skills in strategic planning and execution. • Proficiency in generating accurate reports and actionable management insights. • Exceptional attention to details and capability to interpret and analyze complex datasets from multiple sources. • Highly organized with the ability to manage and prioritize competing tasks efficiently. • Fluent in English and Arabic, with excellent written communication abilities. • Exceptional influencing and stakeholders' management skills at all levels • Proactive and results-oriented, with a commitment to meeting deadlines. • Resilient and capable of thriving in high-pressure, fast-paced environments. • Flexible to various work environments, including remote engagements and field assignments. • Open to reside in the territory assigned and to travel as required (up to 30%)
