The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing Dwell’s marketing strategy, with a strong focus on digital growth, branding, lead generation, and market positioning. This role involves overseeing campaigns, content creation, social media, and performance analytics to drive business success.
Marketing Strategy & Execution
• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to strengthen Dwell’s brand and lead generation efforts.
• Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including paid ads, SEO, email marketing, and social media.
• Collaborate with leadership to align marketing strategies with business goals.
• Work closely with the sales team to support their efforts with marketing initiatives.
Branding & Content Creation
• Maintain and enhance Dwell’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
• Develop compelling marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.
• Oversee content marketing efforts such as blogs, videos, and social media content.
Performance & Analytics
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred). 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in real estate, luxury markets, or digital marketing. Strong expertise in digital marketing, performance marketing, and branding.Experience working with CRM systems, AI analytics, and automation tools.Proficiency in social media management, content creation, and lead generation.Strong analytical skills and experience in tracking marketing performance.
