Area Sales Manager

  • Lead and supervise sales teams across multiple stores within the district, ensuring a focus on customer service excellence and prompt resolution of operational challenges. 
  • Set and achieve sales goals, manage district budgets, and provide sales forecasts to maximize profitability. 
  • Following up on store’s KPIS (Inventory Sell through – UPT – ATV) to evaluate and enhance store’s performance. 
  • Implementing Retail operations manual (SOP’s) training to all new and existing staff. 
  • Participated in creating the company’s SOP’s and work cycles for RO department. 
  • Reporting to operations manager regarding sales performance and inventory overview. 
  • Execute effective personnel management strategies, including recruitment, training, coaching, and performance evaluations. 
  • Creating tools to follow on sales associates and store managers performance.
  • Collaborate with store managers on merchandising, window displays, and marketing department to enhance product presentation and drive sales.
  • Work closely with corporate management to develop and implement local marketing and advertising strategies for the district.
  • Provide ongoing training to the district sales team on effective handling of returns, exchanges, and customer complaints.
  • Following up with BFL on new stores openings and fixtures orders. 
  • Communicating with contractors during any new openings to ensure the smoothness of the operations until the grand opening.
