Innovation Lead

  • To promote digital transformation and classroom creativity. This position will empower educators, engage students, and evolve our curricula by strategically implementing EdTech, AI, STEAM, and emerging trends throughout our schools and integrating cutting-edge educational technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Technology Integration:
    1. Work with educators to integrate technology into lessons for data-driven teaching, immersive AR/VR experiences, and AI-driven adaptive learning to engage students.
    2. Implement personalized and blended learning models that use technology to support learning goals.
    3. Create a digital ecosystem with cloud-based collaboration tools, learning platforms, and student progress tracking.
  2. Curriculum Innovation and Development:
    1. Partner with department heads to integrate STEAM, AI literacy, and coding across all subjects.
    2. Research and implement data analytics, gamification, and robotics to improve teaching.
    3. Create and improve project-based multidisciplinary learning to prepare students for a tech-driven future.
  3. Professional Development and Teacher Empowerment:
    1. Offer practical workshops on AI, cybersecurity, digital citizenship, and edtech resources.
    2. Create a systematic EdTech competency framework to train all teachers on global technology integration standards.
  4. Leading Innovation Projects and Change Management:
    1. Coding boot camps, Innovation Labs, and makerspaces foster creativity, problem-solving, and innovation in schools.
    2. Manage the BYOD program to ensure responsible device use.
    3. Manage change leadership strategies to help teachers adopt new technologies.
  5. Data-Driven Decision Making:
    1. Able to create data analytics that can personalize lessons, track student progress, and keep teachers up to date.
    2. Keep school administration updated with new technology integration, assessments, and strategic recommendations.
    3. Maintain a digital learning resource database to improve pedagogy.
  6. Collaboration, Community Engagement, and Global Trends:
    1. Help educational technology (EdTech) providers, curriculum developers, and faculty teams share cutting-edge technology and trends.
    2. Engage with parents and the community to promote innovation programs and gain support.
    3. Attend EdTech conferences to meet thought leaders in AI in education, gamification, and immersive learning on behalf of the school.

       

Academic requirements for the job: A bachelor's or master's degree in curriculum development, educational technology, or a related field is needed.Three to five years of curriculum development, innovation management, or instructional technology leadership experience is needed.Skills in AI learning tools, robotics, coding, AR, VR, and cybersecurity education are required.Certifications: Experience with EdTech accreditation and Microsoft Educator is preferred.
