  • Develop and implement social media strategies tailored to the real estate market in the Gulf region.
  • Manage and oversee the company’s social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Snapchat, and TikTok.
  • Schedule and publish posts, ensuring consistency in brand voice and messaging.
  • Create compelling, high-quality content that highlights real estate properties, market trends, and services.
  • Collaborate with the design team to produce visually appealing graphics, videos, and other multimedia content.
  • Write engaging captions, posts, and ad copies that resonate with the target audience.
  • Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers’ comments, messages, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Build and nurture relationships with potential buyers, tenants, and investors through social channels.
  • Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to generate leads and drive conversions for real estate sales and rentals.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, optimizing for better results and ROI.
  • Stay updated with real estate trends in the Gulf region to create relevant and effective content.
  • Analyze competitors’ social media efforts and recommend strategies to stay ahead in the market.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other social media analytics platforms to track performance.
  • Provide detailed reports on social media performance, including follower growth, engagement metrics, and campaign results.
  • Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align social media efforts with overall business goals.
  • Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and property managers to gather high-quality content for promotions.

2+ years of experience in social media management, specifically in the real estate industry.Experience in the Gulf market is a must, with knowledge of cultural nuances and market preferences.Proven ability to create and execute successful social media campaigns.Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite).Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic (preferred).Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and detail.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
