Sales Chemical Engineer

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Chemical Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in chemical engineering, combined with excellent sales and business development skills. This role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, providing technical support to customers, and ensuring that our chemical products meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the chemical industry.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.

Technical Support & Consultation:

  • Provide technical expertise and guidance on product selection and applications.
  • Work closely with R&D and production teams to customize solutions for clients.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues and provide after-sales support.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers.

Account Management & Reporting:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales progress, and market feedback.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and industry insights.

 


Requirements:Education & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.One to two years of experience in technical sales, business development, or a related role in the chemical industry.Experience in industries such as petrochemicals, specialty chemicals, water treatment, adhesives, coatings, or polymers is a plus.Skills & Competencies:Strong technical knowledge of chemical processes and applications.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to translate complex technical concepts into customer-friendly solutions.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Benefits:Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.Social and Medical Insurances.Bonus.Transportation Allowances.
