Payroll Specialist

  • Accurately prepare and process monthly payroll, including basic salaries, allowances, and incentives.
  • Calculate and manage salary adjustments, including promotions and financial amendments.
  • Handle end-of-service settlements, ensuring timely processing of final payments.
  • Develop and analyze monthly reports, including productivity efficiency and attendance compliance.
  • Coordinate with finance to align payroll operations with budgetary goals.
  • Ensure payroll processes adhere to all labor laws and internal policies.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee data and ensure the security of sensitive information.

1 to 3 years of experience in payroll processing.Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, IF statements, conditional formatting, and data analysis).Strong attention to detail and accuracy in numbers.Excellent communication skills to handle employee queries professionally.Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
