For a large reputable food manufacturing company in 10th of Ramadan, specialised in Oil and Ghee, we are looking for Laboratory Chemist to assume the following responsibilities:
- Engage in product analysis such as PV, FFA, Color, IV, SFC ..
- Support for new product development activities
- Manage product development projects: Oils and fats formulation, processing, or ingredient study etc.
- Oil extraction and analysis
- Oil blending, data analysis and interpretation
- Trouble shooting in analytical lab
- Finding the relationship between data of different instruments
- Demonstrate initiative, drive, and resilience, resourcefulness and ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Data analysis, data management, report making and presentation.
- To carry out chemical and consumable items stock check
- Managing lab items, instruments, chemicals, and glass tools that are used in the lab
- To ensure all the laboratory instruments are in good order and well maintained.
- Prepare analytical solvents, standards for analysis
- Take overall lab responsibility in 5S audits
- Monitor lab cleanliness and equipment maintenance.
