As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes, focusing on hiring highly skilled professionals in software development, data science, cybersecurity, and other technology-related fields. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies, enhance employer branding, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top-tier tech talent.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and tailor recruitment approaches accordingly.
- Manage job postings and ensure job descriptions align with industry best practices.
- Conduct initial candidate assessments and provide hiring recommendations based on technical and cultural fit.
