HR Supervisor -Operations & Employee Relation

  • Handle payroll processing, salary adjustments, and employee benefits.
  • Maintain HR databases, records, and HRIS systems.
  • Maintain and update employee records in compliance with labor laws.
  • Handle social insurance and labor office documentation.
  • Review the attendance transactions of all employees on the time attendance system.
  • Address workplace conflicts and employee grievances professionally.
  • Ensure full adherence to Egyptian labor laws, social insurance regulations, and tax laws while proactively mitigating HR-related risks.
  • Manage all aspects of medical and social insurance, ensuring timely enrollments, renewals, and compliance with employee benefits policies.

Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.minimum 5 years of experience in HRProfessional certification in HR Deep Knowledge of labor laws and regulationsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentAttention to detail and strong organizational skills
