Production Operations:
- Assist in the daily production process to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor production lines for efficiency and adherence to quality standards.
- Ensure that machines and equipment are running optimally.
Process Improvement:
- Analyze production data to identify areas for efficiency improvements.
- Suggest and implement cost-saving and process optimization measures.
- Support lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain production logs, reports, and documentation.
- Assist in preparing reports on production output, waste, and downtime.
Collaboration & Teamwork:
- Work closely with supervisors, production workers, and other departments.
- Assist in training workers on production processes and best practices.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering.
- 0–2 years of experience in manufacturing or production engineering.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production management software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Work Environment & Conditions:
- Factory-based role with exposure to manufacturing equipment and processes.
- May require working in shifts or overtime as per production needs.
Education & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Production, or Metallurgical Engineering.0–2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).Technical Skills:Knowledge of metal forming, sheet metal processing, and sandwich panel production is a plus.Familiarity with manufacturing processes, quality control, and lean production principles.Understanding of machine operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance procedures.Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or other engineering design software (preferred).Basic knowledge of ERP systems and production planning tools is an advantage.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in a production setting.Soft Skills:Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with different departments.Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and safety.Willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute to process improvements.Additional Requirements:Willing to work in a factory environment with exposure to industrial machinery.Flexibility to work in shifts or overtime based on production needs.Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations in an industrial setting.
