We are seeking a reliable and responsible Update Specialist to join our growing logistics team. As an Update Specialist, you will monitor and supervise the transportation of goods across the United States, ensuring timely and safe delivery. You will also assist truck drivers during transit to facilitate smooth and efficient operations.
Manage and coordinate orders for products or deliveries efficiently.
Assess and prioritize incoming requests based on their urgency and significance.
Monitor the real-time location and progress of fleet drivers to ensure timely arrivals.
Assist in scheduling drivers and sending reminders to maintain punctuality.
Track and record drivers' working hours accurately.
Proficient in English at B2- C1 level.Experience is optional but a good understanding of logistics is a plus.Must be 20 years or older.Ability to work full-time .Excellent communication and organizational skills.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.Good Laptop ( No desktops ) with relaible internet connection and battery.
