Supervisor in Organizational Development

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor of Organizational Development to oversee and implement initiatives aimed at enhancing the organization's performance and structure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing talent development, improving organizational effectiveness, and leading projects that drive growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage organizational development programs to align with the company’s strategic goals.
  • Supervise and guide a team of HR professionals to ensure effective talent management and performance evaluation processes.
  • Design and implement initiatives to improve employee engagement, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategies for organizational change and improvement.
  • Oversee the performance management system, ensuring it supports employee development and business objectives.
  • Monitor and assess the effectiveness of organizational development initiatives and adjust as necessary.
  • Provide training and guidance to managers on best practices in performance management and organizational development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Expertise in organizational design, performance management, and talent development.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, HR systems, and performance management tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
