We are seeking a highly experienced Financial Manager to oversee and manage financial operations across multiple companies within our Engineering Industries group. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in financial consolidation, inter-company accounting, and financial reporting, along with a strong understanding of customer payment follow-ups, financial planning, and taxation.

This role involves supervising finance teams, ensuring accurate and timely financial statements, and overseeing tax compliance for three industrial factories. The candidate must have a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3 for financial reporting but will not be responsible for IT-related tasks or ERP system administration. Additionally, advanced Excel skills, financial modeling expertise (FMVA preferred), and data analysis experience using Power BI are highly desirable.


1. Financial Management & Consolidation• Oversee inter-company financial consolidation, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.• Prepare, analyze, and review consolidated financial statements across multiple entities.• Ensure compliance with IFRS, GAAP, and Egyptian accounting standards.• Establish and maintain strong internal financial controls for inter-company transactions.• Collaborate with finance teams across subsidiaries to ensure accurate financial data reporting. 2. Accounts Receivable & Customer Payment Follow-ups• Work closely with the Accounts Receivable (AR) team to monitor and follow up on customer payments.• Ensure that collections are managed efficiently, reducing overdue receivables and improving cash flow.• Develop strategies for credit control and payment terms management to minimize financial risks.• Maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure timely payments and dispute resolution. 3. Financial Planning & Budgeting• Lead the preparation of financial plans, budgets, and forecasts for the group.• Analyze financial data to provide strategic recommendations for cost reduction and profitability enhancement.• Monitor working capital, cash flow, and investment planning to ensure financial stability.• Collaborate with senior management on long-term financial strategies. 4. Tax Compliance & Regulatory Reporting• Supervise the tax preparation and filing for three industrial factories.• Ensure full compliance with Egyptian corporate tax, VAT, and other financial regulations.• Coordinate with external tax advisors and auditors for compliance and tax optimization.• Develop and implement best practices for tax planning to reduce liabilities and risks. 5. Team Leadership & Supervision• Supervise and lead the finance teams across multiple companies.• Provide training, guidance, and performance evaluations for finance team members.• Implement and enforce financial policies, procedures, and best practices across all entities.• Ensure smooth collaboration between finance departments in different locations. 6. ERP Usage (Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3 – Limited to Finance Functions)• Utilize Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3 for financial reporting, budgeting, and consolidation.• Ensure data accuracy and proper financial reporting within the ERP system.• Work with internal teams to improve financial processes and reporting workflows using the ERP.• Note: This role is NOT responsible for ERP IT administration, development, or troubleshooting. 7. Data Analysis & Financial Modeling• Utilize Advanced Excel for financial modeling, analysis, and reporting.• Perform data analysis and visualization using Power BI to generate actionable financial insights.• Support management with predictive financial models for strategic decision-making.• FMVA (Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst) certification is preferred but not required. Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Skills• Minimum 10 years of experience in financial management, preferably in an engineering or manufacturing industry.• Strong knowledge of financial consolidation and inter-company transactions.• Experience in accounts receivable, payment follow-ups, and credit control.• Proven expertise in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3 financial modules.• Deep understanding of Egyptian accounting standards, IFRS, and GAAP.• Strong background in tax compliance, reporting, and financial analysis.• Excellent ability to prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, financial modeling, macros, Power Query, etc.).• Power BI experience for data analysis and reporting.• FMVA certification is a plus (Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst). Soft Skills• Leadership and team management skills, with experience supervising finance teams.• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for handling customer payments and financial discussions.• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.• Proactive and strategic mindset for improving financial performance and reducing risks. Educational Background• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.• CPA, CMA, or CFA is a plus.You can send CV tommhanafy at technopyramids dot comeWhatsAppZero one Zero Zero Six Six Three Five Six Five Zero
