Job Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly planned sales target and monthly new accounts.
- Find prospects for digital marketing training courses in Egypt and Middle East.
- Do sales calls (outbound and inbound calls) for potential customers using scripts.
- Do indoor sales meetings with walk-in customers and potential customers.
- Explain training courses' outline and details to prospects on both calls and meetings.
- Explain training agenda for upcoming courses and programs to potential customers.
- Explain training courses' outline and details to prospects on both calls and meetings.
- Do up-selling and cross-selling activities to old customers of the academy.
- Keep records of calls, emails, prospects details and sales activities on CRM system.
- Receive customer comments about courses and forward it to the responsible department.
Proven work experience as a Indoor sales executive at training industry, or Tele-sales at telecom industry, orSimilar role.Knowledge of digital marketing tools and channels Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)Track record of achieving sales quotas / targets. Experience in using CRM Applications (preferred Zoho CRM).Fluent in English language (read and writing).Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to deliver engaging presentationsBSc degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant fieldLaptop: Own a laptop.Home: Located near Nasr City area.
