Training Coordinator

DM Arts - Egypt - Cairo

Job Functions:

  • Training Administration, reserving classes and checking their readiness for training.
  • Front Desk, receiving trainees and keeping their records and activities.
  • Customer Service, receives comments or complaints, and solves any problems.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Book classrooms and ensure they’re properly set up for training.
  • Prepare and disseminate material (e.g. instructional notes, feedback forms)
  • Act as a point-of-contact for trainers and participants
  • Receive trainee comments and escalate it to responsible persons.
  • Resolve any training issues as they arise onsite.
  • Maintain training records (e.g. trainee lists, schedules, attendance sheets)
  • Keep records of calls, emails, trainee details and training activities on CRM system.
  • Handle accounts receivable and ensure invoices are paid
  • Submit reports on training activities and results
  • Recommend improvements or new programs
  • Ensure trainees and trainer follow established policies
  • Participate in creating and implementing training programs.

Proven experience as a Training Coordinator ,Training Administrator, HR Assistant or similar role Proficient in MS Office; working knowledge of databases and (LMS) is a plusExperience in using CRM Applications (preferred Zoho CRM).Outstanding communication skills and strong attention to detailKnowledge of digital marketing tools and channels is plus. Fluent in English language (read and writing).Excellent organizational and multitasking abilityBSc degree in Education, Marketing, Business Administration or relevant fieldLaptop: Own a laptop.Home:  Located near Nasr city area.
