Senior Technical Support Specialist

This is a full-time on-site role as a Technical Support Specialist at Elite Education Group in Cairo, Egypt. The Specialist will be responsible for system administration of the learning management platform and other educational software, communication with stakeholders, instructional design support, and troubleshooting user issues.
