Responsibilities

• Handling phone calls and emails.
• Writing and preparing price offers when required.
• Managing documents and reports.
• Coordinating with other departments.
• Make travel arrangements.
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred degree in Business Administration or Secretarial Studies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
Skills
• Strong Organizational Skills and time management.
• Excellent Communication Skills with clients and colleagues.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and price offer writing.
• Customer Service and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Job Requirements
• No car ownership required.
• Residence in the same governorate or nearby the office.
