  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets for lighting poles and fixtures.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in government projects, real estate developments, and industrial sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and decision-makers.
  • Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to provide technical support and customized solutions.
  • Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and tenders for lighting projects.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs and product improvements.

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.4-7 years of experience in sales of lighting poles, street lighting, or related products.Strong technical knowledge of lighting systems, poles, and fixtures.Proven track record in sales and business development.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Knowledge of the Egyptian market, including key clients and project stakeholders.A valid driver’s license.
