Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Development:
- Identify new export markets, potential clients, and business opportunities.
- Develop and implement export sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with international customers, distributors, and partners.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and pricing trends.
- Generate and follow up on sales leads and inquiries from overseas clients.
2. Order Management & Logistics Coordination:
- Process and manage export orders from inquiry to delivery.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Prepare and review export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and customs declarations.
- Work closely with freight forwarders, shipping companies, and customs brokers for smooth export operations.
3. Compliance & Trade Regulations:
- Ensure compliance with international trade laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Stay updated on import/export restrictions, tariffs, and duties in various countries.
- Handle export licenses, permits, and necessary certifications required for different markets.
4. Customer Support & Relationship Management:
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to international clients.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues effectively.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with international buyers and distributors.
5. Reporting & Performance Tracking:
- Monitor and analyze export sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
- Prepare forecasts and budgets for international sales growth.
- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and take corrective actions when necessary.
bachelor degree experience 2 to 3 years in export field fluent in English preferred to have other languages
