- Study projects specification including legend, vendor list, and project specs.
- Ensure quoting and giving prices as per company standard pricing and discount strategy.
- Ensure getting the best prices from our Manufacturers.
- Ensure we get the best delivery time in order to align with the project delivery schedule.
- Manage and coordinates assigned job quoting activities.
- Determine most cost-effective fit of product to project specifications.
- Meet with vendors/suppliers to build strong and profitable relationships that benefit the company and give vendors/suppliers incentive to drive more project opportunities to Robertson Electric.
- Maintain proper files for product quotes within company quotations program.
- Communicate critical information to purchasing and field associates that request information pertaining to vendors, products, pricing, and competitors.
- Ensure that there is no lost project data or unquoted project following the tender department processes.
Bachelor’s degree in electrical power engineering.3-5 years of experience.Very good command of AutoCAD.Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.Strong knowledge of electrical products, power and controls.Excellent team player.Exceptional communication skills and well-developed interpersonal skills.Strong appreciation for excellence in customer service.Reliable and hardworking.Strong initiative and ability to handle increasing responsibility over time.
