CashPrime is seeking a Field Service Technician to join our after-sales support team for cash handling equipment, including ATMs, cash counters, and sorters. The role involves installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of machines at client sites (banks, retail, and financial institutions).

Key Responsibilities:Install, configure, and maintain cash sorting and counting machines, ATMs, and similar financial equipment.Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical, mechanical, and software issues on-site.Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and ensure machine reliability.Respond to service calls from banks, financial institutions, and retail clients.Train end-users (bank tellers, cashiers) on proper machine operation and best practices.Keep accurate records of repairs, maintenance schedules, and spare part usage.Follow security protocols when working on sensitive financial equipment.Work independently while staying connected with the team for escalations and updates.Requirements:✅ Education:Bachelor’s Degree or Technical Diploma in Electronics, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.✅ Experience:1–3 years in a technical field service role (ATM repair, office equipment maintenance, vending machines, or similar electro-mechanical troubleshooting roles).Hands-on experience with electrical circuits, sensors, motors, mechanical systems, and software diagnostics.✅ Technical Skills:Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and service manuals.Basic IT/networking knowledge (Windows OS, configuring machine connectivity).Experience with ATM brands (NCR, Diebold Nixdorf, Glory) is a plus.✅ Soft Skills:Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.Customer service skills – ability to explain technical issues in simple terms.Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Reliability and trustworthiness – ability to work with financial institutions.✅ Other Requirements:Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across Egypt.Ability to work on-call and handle emergency service requests.Must pass background/security checks (for access to bank environments).
