- Review and analyze tender documents, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, technical proposals, and bid submissions within deadlines.
- Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to gather necessary data for tender preparation.
- Ensure compliance with technical and contractual requirements in all submissions.
- Conduct risk assessments and value engineering to optimize proposals.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- Support negotiations and discussions with clients during the tender process.
- Provide post-tender clarifications and support during project handovers.
BSC. Degree in Electrical Engineering.Experience in technical office in Construction projects ( power plant, Substation, and MV works) is a mustSoftware Skills: (AutoCAD– MS Office) is a must.Strong Communication, Presentation and Leadership skills.Very Good in Time Management.Very Good command of English Language.
