TECKMAN, the authorized dealer of JCB & Renault Trucks and a leading provider of heavy equipment and truck sales, purchase, and marketing in Egypt and worldwide, is looking for a Trucks Sales Supervisor to join its team in Cairo, Egypt.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to meet monthly and annual targets.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to ensure objectives are achieved.
- Expand the customer base by identifying new opportunities and nurturing relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to refine and enhance sales approaches.
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., Marketing and Service) to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular performance reports and insights to top management.

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (preferably in Mechanical).Proven experience in sales within the trucks sector.Possession of a private car (with a fair allowance provided).Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and inspire a sales team.Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.Ability to work under pressure and achieve set targets.Proficiency in Arabic and a good command of English.
