- Supervise and monitor daily production activities to ensure smooth workflow.
- Analyze production processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize resources.
- Implement quality control measures to meet industry standards and ensure product consistency.
- Work closely with design, maintenance, and quality assurance teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
- Maintain and update production reports, analyzing data for continuous improvement.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and workplace regulations.
- Assist in the implementation of lean manufacturing and cost-reduction initiatives.
- Conduct equipment maintenance checks and collaborate with the maintenance team to prevent downtime.
- Train and support production staff to enhance skill development and adherence to procedures.
Experience: 1-2 years in a production, manufacturing, or process engineering role.Technical Skills:Knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning, and quality control.Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is a plus.Experience with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or other design and simulation software is an advantage.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and analysis.Soft Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
