- Support the design process for new furniture collections, including conceptualization, sketching, 3D modeling, and prototyping.
- Create detailed design specifications and technical drawings for production.
- Research and analyze market trends, competitor products, and customer needs to inform design decisions.
- Work closely with product development, engineering, and manufacturing teams to ensure designs are feasible and align with production capabilities.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop product narratives and promotional materials.

- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for materials sourcing and production processes.

- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative design culture within the team.

- Advocate for sustainable design practices and materials, contributing to the company’s commitment to environmental responsibility.
University Degree in Applied Arts.Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in furniture design or a similar role.Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects with an emphasis on furniture.Proficiency in Design Software ( AutoCAD, Rhino, Photoshop, 3D Max, KeyShot and Illustrator).Awareness of AI tools and their integration in design processes.Knowledge of sustainable design practices is a plus.
