Dalwa Company, located in Sheraton, is looking for a Call Center Agent with a Saudi dialect and experience in kitchens, bathrooms, and furniture to join our customer service team! If you have excellent communication skills and industry experience, we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Communicate with customers in a clear and natural Saudi dialect.
- Provide detailed information about kitchen, bathroom, and furniture products.
- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and product recommendations.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up on customer issues to ensure satisfaction and resolution.
- Collaborate with sales and design teams to offer the best solutions for customers.
Fluent in Saudi dialect (Native or near-native proficiency). Experience in kitchens, bathrooms, or furniture sales/support is a must. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to handle high call volumes and work under pressure. Basic knowledge of CRM systems is an advantage. A customer-oriented attitude with a friendly and professional tone.
