Create visually appealing designs for both digital and print materials, including social media graphics, banners, brochures, packaging, and advertisements.
Conceptualize and execute creative campaigns in alignment with the company’s brand identity and marketing goals.
Ensure all designs adhere to the company’s brand guidelines, maintaining consistency across all platforms and materials.
Work closely with the marketing team to develop design concepts that support campaigns and promotional activities.
Collaborate with copywriters, photographers, and other creative professionals to produce high-quality content.
Design and optimize graphics for websites, email campaigns, and other digital platforms to enhance user experience.
Stay updated on trends in digital design and implement innovative ideas.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising on quality.
Communicate effectively with internal teams to understand project requirements and feedback.
Edit and refine designs based on feedback from stakeholders while maintaining the original creative intent.
Required Skills and QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer in an agency, corporate, or freelance setting.Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects.Understanding of typography, layout, and color theory.Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing is a plus.
