- Provide technical support and guidance to customers throughout the sales process.
- Oversee and manage the entire project lifecycle, from initial engagement to final product delivery and installation, ensuring client satisfaction at every stage.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, logistics, design, planning, Quality, and Production) to ensure the successful execution of projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Provide expert advice on product selection, design options, and technical specifications to ensure that projects meet the goals of clients.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering- Proven experience in a sales support or project engineering role.- Experience from 3 to 5 years - Strong technical knowledge - Excellent communication and presentation skills.- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
