- Installation & and testing of firefighting systems.
- Handover submittals to consultant.
- Follow up with technical office to organize purchases.
- To lead site team and act as a company representative.
- To work on executing all site activities according to project requirements.
- Submit all reports requested by Division Manager.
- Escalate problems to Division Manager in a timely manner to minimize business exposure.
Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.4 - 7 years of experience in mechanical site supervision (Firefighting & HVAC) for large-scale construction projects and systems such as (Pumps - FM-200 - CO2 System).Excellent knowledge of construction drawings, standards, and codes.Familiarity with 2D or 3D engineering design and manufacturing tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit or other).Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.Ability to manage time efficiently and work under pressure to meet tight project deadlines.Proven working experience Firefighting is must.Proven working experience HVAC is must.Project Managment Skills.Creativity and analytical skillsAbility to communicate technical knowledge in a clear and understandable manner.Technical writing skills.Team workingAbility to handle high flow work.Cairo residents is preferer.6 Days Work a week.
