A bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or IT/Computer Science. Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), BPM (Business Process Management), or other process improvement-related qualifications are a plus. 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in process optimization, operational excellence, or related roles. This experience should include hands-on involvement in process analysis, improvement projects, and the application of OPEX methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.). Proficiency in process analysis and workflow optimization techniques. Strong problem-solving capabilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making and practical solutions. Project management experience, including resource planning, scheduling, and delivery management. Familiarity with automation technologies such as RPA (Robotic Process Automation) and BPM (Business Process Management) software. Solid understanding of OPEX methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) and their application in process improvement.
