- Analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, social media, email, etc.)
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CR, CAC, and Cost
- Develop and maintain dashboards and automated reports using tools like Excel or Power BI
- Present actionable insights to marketing and executive teams.
- Utilize statistical analysis and predictive modelling to forecast trends and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Optimize marketing attribution models and customer segmentation strategies.
- Work closely with marketing teams to integrate data insights into business strategies.
- Lead A/B testing initiatives and conversion rate optimization (CRO) experiments.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).Minimum of 5 years' experience in data analytics, with a proven track record in digital marketing analytics.Expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) and web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).Proven experience in data analysis in complex environment (real estate, property tech, e-commerce, Saas, Edutech).Familiarity with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.……) and CRM systems. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to translate data into clear business insights based on market Analysis.Experience in Power BI is a must.
