Sales Supervisor E-payement ( Cairo/Giza area )

1. Sales & Business Development

  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets for electronic payment solutions (POS, mobile wallets, online payments, etc.).
  • Identify and acquire new merchants, retailers, and businesses for electronic payment adoption.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

2. Team Supervision & Performance Management

  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales representatives.
  • Monitor individual and team performance, providing feedback and coaching.
  • Set KPIs and ensure the team meets or exceeds sales goals.

3. Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, financial institutions, and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve merchant issues related to payment processing.
  • Work with internal teams (operations, marketing, finance) to support smooth service delivery.

4. Reporting & Data Analysis

  • Track and analyze sales performance, preparing regular reports for management.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on sales data and market feedback.

✅ Experience: 5+ years in sales,  Must in fintech or electronic payments, with at least 3 year in a supervisory role.Strong leadership and people management skills.Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication abilities.Knowledge of digital payment solutions, POS systems, and financial technology.
