We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader – Real Estate Sales to join our team in New Cairo. This role is ideal for a proven sales leader who can manage a high-performing sales team, drive revenue growth, and mentor junior consultants to achieve outstanding results.
Role Overview
As a Real Estate Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals, driving sales performance, and ensuring client satisfaction. You will develop and implement sales strategies, provide hands-on training, and create a competitive, goal-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of real estate sales professionals to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Monitor team performance, providing feedback and support to optimize results.
- Oversee and manage sales transactions, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's client base.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on real estate trends and pricing.
- Collaborate with management to align team goals with company objectives.
- Foster a high-performance culture, ensuring motivation and professional growth.
Qualifications & Requirements.Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Deep understanding of the real estate market and investment strategies.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
