- Workforce Planning:
- Implement the End to End recruitment cycle of the sourcing process.
- Collaborate with Departments’ Heads to forecast staffing needs based on Hiring plan schedules.
- Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:
- Manage recruitment processes to hire skilled workers, engineers, production & admin staff and Management
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand technical skill requirements.
- Training and Development:
- Manage the training process of each training course internally and externally.
- Implement cross-training initiatives and think of ways to enhance the training courses each time.
- Responsible for conducting and administer the onboarding training programs of all the new hires.
- Labor Relations:
- Receive the employment documents from the new hires on the staff level, and makes sure that all documents are correct and complete.
- Performance Management:
- Implement performance management systems for all roles, including setting goals and metrics.
- Compensation and Benefits:
- Suggest and Administer benefits packages, considering the physical demands and specific needs of all employees.
- Employee Engagement:
- Develop and implement strategies to engage employees in a production-driven environment.
- Conduct regular feedback sessions and surveys to assess employee morale and satisfaction.
- Succession Planning:
- Participates in Identifing succession plans for key positions within the organization includes the main qualifications and competencies .
- Ensure there is a pipeline of skilled talent to fill critical roles.
- HR Information Systems
- Utilize ERP to manage employee data,
- Ensure accurate and timely recording data new of the joiners employees data
High level of Education BA /BSC HR Management Diploma or PHRI, is a plus.Min. 3 yrs experience in HR Management as an HR generalistPreferred to have Manufacturing Background
