The company offers a stable work environment with a very low turnover rate.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Accurate Data Entry:
- Input heavy equipment data into designated databases.
- Review and verify the accuracy of data before finalizing entries.
- Research and Information Gathering:
- Collect required information about equipment from various sources (company departments, online resources, suppliers).
- Ensure the reliability and correctness of data prior to entry.
- Periodic Reporting:
- Prepare regular reports summarizing equipment quantities, customer data.
- Provide these reports to management and relevant departments as needed.
- Data Organization and Archiving:
- Maintain digital and physical files in an organized manner for easy reference.
- Perform regular updates and housekeeping of the database.
- Coordination with Other Departments:
- Communicate with Sales and Marketing to ensure accurate equipment data.
- Support Procurement teams by providing necessary data promptly
A relevant bachelor’s degree in a business or related field.Previous experience in data entry and research (1-2 years preferred).English Level: Good (Reading and Writing) B1Proficiency in computer applications, especially Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks.No specialized technical knowledge of heavy equipment required, but familiarity is a plus.Good communication skills to work effectively within a team.
