- Creating detailed construction drawings that include all necessary information for manufacturing and installation, such as material types and quantities required
- Perform clash detection and resolve all clashes.
- Extract 2D Shop-drawings and 3D presentation.
- Complete assigned work on time and instruction from the project lead
- Prepare project deliverables with attention to detail
- Assist Project Managers with the estimation and scoping of new project opportunities.
Architecture Engineering bachelor's degreeMinimum of 5+ years utilizing Autodesk Revit Architecture, Navisworks, and AutoCADExcellent understanding of BIM procedures, strategies, and workflow.Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD family is a must.On-site construction experience would be desirableAbility to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to work under tight deadlines, while maintaining high-quality standards.Strong written, verbal communication in English is essential.Proven experience in priority setting, multitasking, and working with minimal direct supervision.Has experience in the same position for at least 2 years, and a work track record in reputable companies.Has good experience in different types of projects such as mechanical facilities, hotels, office buildings, shopping malls, etc.Experience in large scale and complex projects is desirable.Deadline-Oriented, Self-Motivated, Design Skills.
