- Conduct cost analysis and evaluate project feasibility to ensure budget alignment.
- Collaborate with design, engineering, and procurement teams to assess cost implications of project specifications.
- Identify potential cost-saving opportunities and provide recommendations for budget optimization.
- Review and analyze vendor quotations, contracts, and procurement processes to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and report any variances to management.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and industry standards in all cost-related activities.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Construction Management, Electrical, or a related field).5-7 years of experience in cost estimation, budgeting, and financial analysis within the engineering or construction industry.Familiar with codes and standards (Gulf experience project recommended)Organization skills, excellent communication, and team worker.English well spoken and written.Strong understanding of cost control principles, contract management, and financial planning.Strong analytical skills.Great attention to detail.
