Job Purpose

Following up vendor/ SCs implementation plans.

Ensure that actions are done in compliance to processes, SLA, and quality index.

Prepare the needed data for the needed reports on timely manner to review the progress of projects and the support required.

Manage vendor/SCs resources to achieve Fiber and FTTH OSP projects targets.

Communicate with all stakeholders to assure plans on track.

Deploy all passive and civil infrastructure for contracted Business parks and gated communities (as per contracted).

Follow-up daily work between developer and SC’s for network implementation.

Handle all developer request for project phases deployment.

Carry out acceptance for all civil or passive network done by developer to transfer network responsibility to Etisalat.

Complete acceptance cycle for carried out work by SC’s and follow up payment cycle and apply penalties if any.

Manage engineering vendor workload and production to achieve critical milestones.

Host weekly meetings with stakeholders to review the progress, define the weaknesses, and work on keeping the customers deadlines secured.

Monitor vendors and subcontractor’s performance and work closely to solve the chronic problems.

Track Vendors and SC’s SLAs with various stakeholders.

Providing technical support for the filed surveyor’s teams to overcome all bottlenecks and problems to ensure quality of design.

Establish in conjunction with Supplier representatives the technical specifications of fiber OSP 

materials.

Ensuring that vendors and contractors are following the rules & KPI’s of asset management process.

Define the civil and passive infrastructure implementation strategy including the scope of work, responsibilities, deliverables and milestones.

Allocate financial, administrative, logistic and human resources necessary for effective and efficient implementation of the passive and civil infrastructure.

Manage the project key success factors such as schedule, cost and quality

Maintain complete control and responsibility for the entire installation and implementation process

Host weekly meetings with stakeholders to review the progress and define the weaknesses and work on keeping the implementation ahead to the plan.

Providing technical support for the filed implementation teams to overcome all bottlenecks and problems to ensure quality of work.

To confirm the installation quality and the actions to be accepted from first time

Develops and manages communications, weekly and monthly summary reports for managements based on deployment project plans and status, provides accurate project status information in the form of formal reports.
