Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and creative Fashion Stylist to join Carina Wear. This role is responsible for developing and executing visual styling concepts for photoshoots, marketing campaigns, flat lays, and brand collaborations, including celebrity and model appearances. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of women's fashion trends, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Styling & Coordination: Select and arrange clothing, accessories, and props to create cohesive looks for photoshoots, flat lays, and promotional events.
• Trend Analysis: Stay updated on fashion trends, seasonal collections, and emerging styles to ensure brand relevance.
• Shoot Preparation: Understand the requirements of each photoshoot, ensuring that styling aligns with Carina Wear’s brand identity.
• Wardrobe Curation: Source, manage, and organize wardrobe pieces, ensuring variety and trend alignment.
• Collaboration: Work closely with photographers, creative directors, makeup artists, hairstylists, and marketing teams to bring styling concepts to life.
• Location Scouting: Identify and suggest suitable shoot locations that enhance the visual appeal of Carina Wear’s campaigns.
• Editorial Contribution: Provide styling insights and expert advice for editorial content, social media, and brand marketing materials.
• Creative Innovation: Suggest fresh styling ideas, especially for flat lays and occasion-based collections, to maintain an engaging brand presence.
